WHAT IS THE VISUAL LIBARY
The visual library is designed to help students develop a better understanding of the underlying logic behind English spelling. The library contains both videos and posters which are intended to make abstract concepts of how the writing system works accessible to students of all ages. There is no specific scope and sequence provided, instead the materials in the visual library are intended to be flexible enough to enable educators to adapt and integrate information about how the writing system works into their current literacy practice based on their students interests and learning needs.
